National Indian Gaming Association

Tulalip needed some art for a new terrace located at the National Indian Gaming Association headquarter, i was asked if i could create something for Tulalip which would represent the Tulalip people and our ways. Many of our Tulalip membership are fishermen and make their living from harvesting salmon, and other seafoods, so i thought it would be great to create a design where it shows gill netting. Gillnet is the name of the first spindle whorl, and Thunder Moon is the name for the second design.
